Photography has developed into a life’s dream come true. He began teaching himself the art through a persistent process of experimentation and refinement, while studying and absorbing every resource available to him. His natural ability to see the unseen details and capture the dramatic beauty surrounding him was evident as he quickly established himself as a successful nature photographer. In a short time Jeff’s constant desire for knowledge and new challenges led him into other photographic directions, where he found the excitement and intimacy of sharing in one’s wedding day to be a gratifying, and nearly surreal, endeavor.

Jeff is an award winning photographer whose professional portfolio includes weddings and nature photography shot up and down the east coast over the past six years as well as gallery displays, and publication in magazines, the most recent being a Merit Award in the prestigious B&W Magazine. His formal education at Virginia Tech, in Blacksburg, VA was in materials engineering. The inventive mind of an engineer has served him well and shows through in his photographic work as a strong eye for detail and technical quality. Jeff lives in the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia, west of Washington DC.
